At this scale, grid connection is the critical path for the entire project: securing a viable connection point, on acceptable technical terms, within a workable timeframe determines whether the development proceeds at all.

TPS Energy's first utility-scale solar farm, located in the North East of Tasmania. The project includes a 7 MW solar array and 22 MWh Battery Energy Storage System, exporting 4.95 MW directly into TasNetworks' electricity grid. The annual average output of 8 GWh will power approximately 1,000 Tasmanian homes.

Phase 2 adds a 7 MW solar PV array, creating an integrated renewable energy solution with a combined export capacity of 4.95 MW.
